Approach

Attitude to Food takes a holistic approach to your diet and lifestyle.

Does stress in your job or your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect the whole.

No one diet works for everyone. The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has their own nutritional needs. So, when the experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy,” it’s too bigger generalisation. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run. Attitude to Food looks at your age, health, activity levels, blood type, metabolic rate and personal preferences to determine your dietary needs.

There are many sources of food; healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. Your programme includes:

  • Two, one-hour sessions per month
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Food samples and self-care products
  • A monthly newsletter
  • Access to a lending library, CDs and other materials

Begin where you are and transition at your own pace with a personalized toolkit plus all the support you need to achieve your health goals.

'I found this programme beyond useful.  It's the first time that I ever got to sit and think about me and put myself first for once. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to improve their lives overall and build better health and energy levels.' Chris, London
